FAQ

Team and School Orders:

Order calendar is open long enough for everyone to get a chance to order. Once the order window is closed apparel will be printed and then handed out to the Team Manager or Teacher in charge.

Customization:

Adding a name or number on the back is available for an additional cost, on most items but not all. Options will show for you to select what you would like and a text field to enter your information. Please make sure spelling is correct. 

Shipping:

While Shipping shows available as the website host creates it and we can not remove it. We do not ship. We will reach out and refund you for shipping charges since your items are pick up or delivery through a team or school. 

Refunds/Cancellations:

We are a small shop and everything is ordered and created just for you so we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Cancellations can happen if you request it with in 72 hours, however if your item has been ordered there is a restock fee and if the item is completed there is nothing we can do. 

Custom Designs:

We do those. It all depends how busy we are and what needs created. Feel free to send an email to crimnog@gmail.com or look us up on facebook so we can help you. 

For pick up orders:

An email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Please check out with a good e-mail. Orders can sit for 30 days, after two weeks a reminder will be sent. After 30 days we will pull the item and after 60 days your item will be donated to a clothing shelter and no refund will be given, we just can not store things forever. We understand your life is busy.

Mistakes:

They happen we are all human. If one was made with your apparel please reach out and it will get taken care of.
