Refund policy

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted as most items are made to order or customized.

If you send me a message and your item has not been started, I can cancel it with a small restock fee. If it has already been customized I can not cancel it. If there is something wrong with your order on my end, please let me know right away so I can fix it.
